Ionized air blowers

The ECOBLOWER 800-C ionised air blower is designed to neutralize electrostatic charges on the surface of materials.

The three capacitive ionizing bars cause a powerful and effective ion release. The integrated tangential fan creates a homogeneous diffusion of these ions towards the product to be treated from a distance of up to three metres. The treated surface at this distance corresponds to an area of 1500 x 700 mm.. An exchange of electrons is then possible between the statically charged material and the ionised air emitted by the ECOBLOWER 800-C.

The power of the blower is sufficient to treat :

• Flat materials in a continuous flow
• Plastic film during winding or unwinding phases
• Shaped parts coming out of the injection moulding machine
• Electrostatic charges in a handling area avoiding electric shocks felt by operators

The high-voltage generator is directly integrated into the equipment.

The optional air flow adjustment allows adjustment according to the distance between the material to be treated and the unit.
