The ECOVAC CUPS is a patented system for cleaning containers made of materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, glass etc. It is custom-built for optimal integration into your production line.
In order to achieve optimum dust removal from a container, it is imperative to implement three inseparable actions:
- A mechanical force for the separation of the particles from the support
The mechanical action provided by the blowing nozzles lifts the particles from the container (dust etc.), causing their electrostatic charge to appear. The adjustable blowing cone of the nozzles guarantees an optimum dust removal quality.
- Ionisation of the air to eliminate electrostatic attraction
Ionisation of the air eliminates the phenomenon of electrostatic sticking. Each ionizing tip connected to the high voltage generates an electric field charged with positive and negative ions (electrons). When the material to be treated is under the influence of this electric field, a transfer of electrons (negative ions) takes place until the charges on the surface of the material are neutralized.

The tailor-made suction system allows the capture of particles.
On the ECOVAC Cups, the ionization tips are connected to the high-voltage source by a capacitive device limiting the current to a few micro-amperes. The devices are therefore safe if the operator comes into contact with the live tips.
