Double-sided custom-made ionizing dedusting system for paper, carboard

Specially designed for simultaneous dust removal from both sides of a material, the ECOVAC 20 webcleaner is the ideal product for cleaning strip materials (paper, textile, etc.). Compact and powerful, its particularly well thought-out ergonomics allow ultra-fast series changes. It is custom-built to fit perfectly into your production line.

CARACTERISTICS

• Two rollers at the infeed and outfeed ensure the belt is guided
• Its jaw-shaped design facilitates belt passage operations
• Four staggered brushes allow the suspension of dust, the height of the brushes is adjustable to adjust the pressure exerted on the material
• Ionizing device: two capacitive electrodes, arranged in front of the two suction slots
• The construction in 15/10 thermo-lacquered sheet steel or stainless steel guarantees excellent rigidity

The equipment is associated with a high voltage power generator and a suction assembly sized according to the working width.

n the ECOVAC 20, the ionization tips are connected to the high-voltage source by a capacitive device, thus limiting the current to a few micro-amperes. This means that these units are not dangerous if the operator comes into contact with the live tips.
