IONIZING CLEANING STATION FOR ALL TYPES OF PARTS
Many industrial workstations require production operators to remove dust from parts, blisters, etc. using a compressed air blower. However, since impurities (dust, hair, etc.) are not vacuumed up, they are dispersed elsewhere.
Workstation: ionizing dedusting unit
The operator manually passes the parts (automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical) and blister packs through the chamber to remove any impurities.
Our made-to-measure dust removal solution
To solve this problem, we have developed a made-to-measure dust removal unit combining :
- Ionization: elimination of electrostatic charges, responsible for the sticking phenomenon of certain impurities
- Mechanical action: blowing controlled by pneumatic pedal or cell
- Suction: evacuation of dust and loose particles. Vacuum selected according to box openings.
Several dust collection units can be connected to a single vacuum cleaner.
Made-to-measure, this equipment is placed on a workstation.
This equipment is safe for operators in the event of contact with the ionizing tips of the anti-static bars.
