Paint particles charged with the same polarity move from the spray gun to the workpiece, collide with each other and are deposited evenly on the workpiece.<\/p>\n<p>This works for all electrically conductive parts.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\">HOW TO DO FOR PLASTIC PARTS?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>It is necessary to add in the material a conductive agent such as graphite or to coat the part with a conductive primer, but this represents an operation and an additional financial cost.<\/p>\n<p>In case of absence or poor distribution, there is a risk of &#8220;orange peel effect&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Non-quality has a cost and the manufacturer must know with certainty the quality of the part before painting.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\"> THE CURRENT SOLUTION<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Measurement of surface resistivity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The principle consists in measuring the electrical resistance on the surface of the part.<\/p>\n<p>The method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleaning of the part<\/li>\n<li>Create 2 electrodes of conductive paint (e.g. silver) on a flat surface of the workpiece.<\/li>\n<li>Determining surface resistance using a mega-ohmmeter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Volume resistivity measurement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong> The principle consists in measuring the volume resistance of the part<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Making a cold break<\/li>\n<li>Apply a conductive paint (e.g. silver) at each end.<\/li>\n<li>Measure the resistance between the 2 newly created points using a mega-ohmmeter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\">OUR SOLUTIONS<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Our solution is the measurement of electrical conductivity in order to be able to measure the ability of a material to conduct electrical charges.<\/p>\n<p>Characteristic of the measurement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-destructive measurement<\/li>\n<li>Measurement without modification of the part<\/li>\n<li>Repetitive measurement<\/li>\n<li>Direct display of workpiece conductivity in %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\">We propose you 2 options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\">The acquisition of the equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The equipment includes:a generator, a probe, a stand and a hygrometer thermometer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\">Measurement service in our Laboratory<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This includes: start-up fee, handling fee, measuring point<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #00aeff;\">If you have any questions about this project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
