The ECOBLOWER 800-C ionised air blower is designed to neutralize electrostatic charges on the surface of materials.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The three capacitive ionizing bars cause a powerful and effective ion release. The integrated tangential fan creates a homogeneous diffusion of these ions towards the product to be treated from a distance of up to three metres<\/span><\/strong>. The treated surface at this distance corresponds to an area of 1500 x 700 mm.<\/span><\/strong>. An exchange of electrons is then possible between the statically charged material and the ionised air emitted by the ECOBLOWER 800-C.<\/p>\n

The power of the blower is sufficient to treat :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Flat materials in a continuous flow<\/li>\n
  • Plastic film during winding or unwinding phases<\/li>\n
  • Shaped parts coming out of the injection moulding machine<\/li>\n
  • Electrostatic charges in a handling area avoiding electric shocks felt by operators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The high-voltage generator is directly integrated into the equipment.<\/p>\n

    The optional air flow adjustment allows adjustment according to the distance between the material to be treated and the unit.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
